This Privacy Policy defines the terms of processing and protection of personal data of users of the NeuroTeams platform (hereinafter — the Platform), operated by LLP "NEUROKIDS" (hereinafter — the Operator).

2. Data we collect

We collect the following personal data:

• Full name, phone number, email — upon registration on the Platform
• Company and position information — when filling out the profile
• Payment data — when purchasing a pricing plan
• Technical data: IP address, browser, device — for proper Platform operation
• Learning progress data: completed lessons, test results, artifacts

3. Purposes of data processing

We use personal data for:

• Providing access to the Platform and educational materials
• Tracking learning progress and issuing certificates
• Communication with the user: notifications, newsletters, support
• Processing payments and issuing invoices
• Improving service quality and developing new features

4. Data storage and protection

The Operator takes all necessary technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, or destruction. Data is stored on servers located in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The data retention period is the entire duration of the user's use of the Platform and 3 years after cessation of use.

5. Sharing data with third parties

The Operator does not share users' personal data with third parties, except in cases stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as with curators and mentors within the educational process. Payment data is processed through certified payment systems and is not stored on the Operator's servers.

6. User rights

The user has the right to:

• Request information about their personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of their personal data
• Withdraw consent to data processing
• Unsubscribe from newsletters at any time

7. Cookies

The Platform uses cookies to ensure proper operation, analytics, and content personalization. The user can disable cookies in browser settings, however this may affect the Platform's functionality.
