Terms of Use

1. General provisions

This document is an official public offer (proposal) by LLP "NEUROKIDS" (hereinafter — the Provider) to enter into an agreement for the provision of educational services on the NeuroTeams platform (hereinafter — the Platform) with any individual or legal entity (hereinafter — the Customer) who accepts the terms of this offer.

2. Subject of the agreement

The Provider undertakes to grant the Customer access to educational materials, modules, lessons, and tools of the NeuroTeams Platform, and the Customer undertakes to pay for the services in accordance with the selected pricing plan.

3. Pricing plans

The cost and scope of services are determined by the selected pricing plan: "Start", "Growth", or "MVP". Current prices are listed on the website neuroteams.kz. Payment is made monthly or as a one-time payment for the entire course, depending on the plan terms.

4. Rights and obligations of the parties

The Provider undertakes to:

• Grant access to the Platform within 24 hours after payment
• Provide technical support and 24/7 availability of materials
• Assign a curator/mentor in accordance with the pricing plan
• Issue a certificate upon course completion if all requirements are met

The Customer undertakes to:

• Pay for services on time according to the selected plan
• Not share Platform access with third parties
• Comply with the Platform's terms of use
• Complete practical assignments within the established deadlines

5. Refunds

The Customer is entitled to a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of payment, if access to the Platform was not granted or services were not provided due to the Provider's fault. The refund is transferred to the Customer's bank account within 10 business days. After the start of training, refunds are not provided, except in cases stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. Intellectual property

All Platform materials (video lessons, texts, assignments, code, artifacts) are copyrighted by LLP "NEUROKIDS". Copying, distribution, and commercial use of materials without the Provider's written consent is prohibited. Artifacts and MVPs created by the Customer during the course belong to the Customer.

7. Liability of the parties

The Provider is not liable for the inability to use the Platform for reasons dependent on the Customer (lack of internet, equipment malfunction). The Provider does not guarantee employment or specific business results after completing the course.

9. Acceptance of the offer

Payment for Platform services constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this offer. The agreement is considered concluded from the moment payment is received in the Provider's account.
